vx 670 verifone help needed

Hi, anyone has a step by step guide to download info from a vx670? Got the mini hdmi to usb cable without the dongle and seems my laptop cannot pick up the port to set. Any ideas?

I already face this problem,your problem is very simple you can not get the data from the pos if you use w 7 or 8 or 10 you need to use Windows XP tray and it will work
