Help @ "Security Measures" at Paypal
 

Hey all,

first i am sorry for my bad english :) .

I need help at paypal, is there a bug where can I cash a paypal acc with Security Meausures out. They want the IBAN number from the bank account, but i didnt have it, so i can't do anything with the paypal account.

Note: The paypal account is hacked :)
